A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns will not be processed for customer ordering errors. Please ensure the correct item is selected at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider directly, as processing times may vary for PayPal or other online payment methods. 4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as order processing begins. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations are not permitted, and any potential refunds or returns will only be considered after delivery.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, in which case return shipping costs will be refunded. For non-defective items, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom-Made Products: All our products are custom-made with unique sizes, colors, and stitching. Full refunds are only provided if we make an error (e.g., incorrect size or color). If the product is made as ordered but the buyer changes their mind, a full refund cannot be issued due to the high-cost, non-reusable materials. Customized products cannot be resold to other customers.
