REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY

RETURNS PROCEDURE

We have a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. For any faulty items, this needs to be identified within the 30 day period and brought to our support team's attention if items are to be replaced. Beyond that, a warranty claim needs to be raised and this will be done with the manufacturer of the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns if there was an error doing ordering by the customer. Please make sure you pick your steering wheel.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.

If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact your bank / financial institution directly to investigate further. Note for paypal or other online payments, refunds do take longer to clear and you will need to check directly with them.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their order with us. Once 24 hours has passed we will start manufacturing the product. At this point in time, cancelations are prohibited. 

Customers are not able to cancel their order if they decide after placing the order that they do not want it. Once our order is being manufactured and its on the way to you, you must wait for delivery. Once delivered we can discuss refunds and return accommodations. 

RETURNS SHIPPING

Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs, however this cost is refundable if the item is accepted as a faulty item and is covered under manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
