Pricing Transparency
The price displayed at checkout is the final price for shipping—there are no additional taxes, duties, or hidden fees. -
Production Time
Production typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends). Please note that all orders are custom-built after payment is received, which may extend processing times. As such, all orders are made to order and cannot be expedited. -
Shipping Time & Regions
We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries.

Standard Shipping: Free of charge. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to urban areas are generally faster than to rural addresses.

Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $14.95, with delivery in 5–10 business days. To qualify for Express Shipping, orders must be placed by 12 PM AEST (excluding weekends).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Parcel Delivery Authorization
For Express Shipping, the driver is authorized to leave your parcel at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid issues. -
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. -
Delayed & Lost Deliveries
If your order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
Lost Parcels: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist in locating your package. -
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please reach out to us for further instructions. -
Sales Tax & Import Duties

Domestic Orders: Sales tax is included in the price shown at checkout.

International Orders: The price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes and duties for most destinations. However, some countries may impose additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Operating Hours & Holidays
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We are closed on public and national holidays, which may cause delays. We take steps to minimize disruptions during these periods. -
